  Eden Espinosa (Elphaba) is thrilled to be back at the Gershwin Theatre where she made her Broadway debut as the original standby for Elphaba and Nessarose. She then played Elphaba to great acclaim in the San Francisco engagement of the show’s national tour. Ms. Espinosa also starred as the title character on Broadway in Brooklyn The Musical, a role she created in workshop, through the first production at the Denver Civic Theatre, and onto Broadway. Eden can also be heard on the Actors Fund Benefit recording of Hair, Bright Lights Big City, John McDaniel Live at Joe’s Pub, and The Maury Yeston Songbook. She would like to thank her amazing family, and the Lord for his abundance of blessings. This performance is in loving memory of her grandmother Guadalupe Villarreal.
Megan Hilty (Glinda) is thrilled to be making her Broadway debut in a bubble! She is a recent graduate of the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama and a proud member of Actors Equity. Credits include Café Puttanesca (City Theatre), Suds (OCT) and The Wild Party (CMU). Megan is a recipient of the National Society of Arts and Letters Award for Excellence in Musical Theater and she is grateful to have the continued support of the NSAL Pittsburgh chapter. Derrick Williams (Fiyero) feels blessed and is thrilled to be back on Broadway where he was in the original Broadway company of Wicked as a member of the ensemble and a Fiyero understudy (he played the role several times). He then created the role of Fiyero in the show’s national tour. Other Boadway credits include Aida and Swing!; and first national tours of Aida and Smokey Joe’s Café. He has also been seen in episodes of the TV comedy hit “The Chapelle Show.” “To Mommy, Cris, Butchie, Tramell, and my Jule, thank you all for your love and support, and I love you all very much.”
Cristy Candler (Nessarose) is proud to be part of the original cast of Wicked. Other credits include Aida (Broadway), Girlstown (Off-Broadway) and Rubberville (Off-Broadway). Workshops: Urban Cowboy, Dirty Dancing, Finian’s Rainbow. She has a BFA from Loyola Marymount University and is a graduate of Idyllwild School of Music & the Arts. Cristy can be seen on the cover of Yoga Journal magazine, in “Yoga in Bed” and “Yoga for Suits” (book and DVD), and various TV commercials. “Thank you to my fiancé.”
Sean McCourt (Doctor Dillamond, Witch’s Father; Wizard u/s) Broadway: Wicked (original cast recording), It Ain’t Nothin’ But the Blues (Helen Hayes Award nom.), Titanic. Off-Broadway: Bat Boy (original cast recording), A Man of No Importance (by Ahrens/Flaherty; original cast recording), The Castle (Manhattan Ensemble Theatre), Woody Guthrie’s American Song, The Portable Pioneer and Prairie Show, Last Romeo (Melting Pot Theatre Company). Robb Sapp (Boq) apologizes to his whole family for the increase in ticket prices from his basement in Ohio to Broadway. Off-Broadway, he originated the role of Tank in Zanna, Don't! and Turkey in Johnny Guitar (both cast recordings). Other credits: Saturday Night Fever (first national), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (pre-NYC), Spring Awakening (Roundabout), regional theatres including Barrington Stage, Syracuse Stage, Music Theatre of Wichita, Ford's Theatre and Paper Mill Playhouse, and tons of readings and workshops. Clifton Oliver (Ensemble; Fiyero u/s) is thrilled to be joining the cast of Wicked, after finishing a four-year run as Simba in The Lion King (Broadway and LA). A singer/songwriter, he has also acted in numerous TV commercials.
