I believe she is there until May. Not sure of the exact day though. But she can always renew and extend her contract.

I saw Megan and Sho. They were both awsome. I couldn't help but laugh at Megan's Galinda character singing voice. I hope that she makes the chance to renew her contract. Snaps for Megan!! :rock:

I liked JLT on the comedy better, but overall I like Megan better b/c she's a lot better on the darker parts. Also, Megan has gotten so much better than when I saw her the first time, which was her first week as the full-time Glinda (for some reason, I've never seen a standby/understudy for Glinda). No one though compares to Kristin. Granted JLT and Megan have better "Popular's" Kristin was just so amazing, and her voice...Oh how I miss her "No One Mourns the Wicked." And her acting on "For Good..." I would so love to see her with Saycon as Elphaba.

WAHH. I wish I could see her!! I haven't gotten to see Wicked live EVER. I've had to resort of many, many bootleg versions. And they were all the original cast (my favorite!) and only other times i got to see other cast members were clips of different songs, not the whole play.

but i did see like a 15 sec clip of Megan Hilty in Popular and even though she was totally different from Cheno (my FAV Glinda!) I thought she was HILARIOUS. Is there anywhere I could find a vid of her singing all of Popular? (I already saw her in For Good)

No joke! I felt myself watching her the whole time because she's always doing something and she's just so precious. The second time I saw her Popular had me in tears! And the chemistry between her and Shoshana is unbelievable.

I have a question...was the play funny when Idina and Kristin (and everyone else) was in it? Because I've seen clips and a lot of the humor seems lacking. That's what I loved about the show and I have a feeling that Sho and Megan took that aspect to a whole new level!! I'm so glad I saw them.

When you see the whole play of WICKED for the OBC, you'll see how funny it is. Norbie as Fiyero is SO funny. Idina has great comedic timing too.

Chenoweth is the best Glinda and will always be the best. She is so cute and funny and powerful in her emotions through actions, words, and voice.

Megan Hilty is so funny! She is also really nice! She also went to CMU in Pittsburgh!!!(i want to go to CMU!!!) amazing range and is so funny during Popular!

I LOVE MEGAN HILTY! My boyfriend and I fight all the time because I think that Megan is better then Cheno, but he says Hilty plays Galinda to young (primarily in Act One). I died laughing the first time I heard/saw her with Saycon. Then Scotty (boyfriend) got my the June 23 recording of her and Sho. I LOVE it!

I have a question though. I could have sworn she was leaving with Sho and everyone. Did she renew her contract at the last minute, or was I just misinformed? Also, does anyone know when she is done with Wicked? I'm gonna go to New York to see Wicked! for my next years Christmas present, and I really wanna see Hilty.

I want to say her contract is up in May? But she could renew. Thank God she didn't leave with Sho and all of them!!

How long is Ben and Hilty staying? I am seeing it June 6 in New York and I really want to see both of them. I also want to see Eden. I would rather not see Derrick, but I really want to see Jenna Leigh Green. Any ideas?

I've seen her now 6 times at the Toronto return engagement on the tour, and each time she has been on she has amazed me, and I feel like each time just gets better and better.

There is no one that, in my opinion, even COMPARES to her... I LOVE what she does with all her little added 'sounds' lol (I think that is the best way to put them, I cant write what they sound like... high pitched noises that are HILARIOUS!) and she is just so freaking FUNNY. But, at the same time when she comes back for Act II she has this 180 degree character change and I think she shows perfectly how Glinda has matured.

And of course, Megan is a delight at the stage door - wow so many funny, funny memories. Toronto stage dooring is awsome, there is only like a few people there and you can have some awsome personal stories and conversations with the actors.

Sigh... "oh look, its TOMORROW!" Is my fav!!! :rock:

She was brilliant. I saw her 3 other times after that. She'll forever hold a special place in my heart. (cheesy? yes. Don't care )
