This is a banner store where anyone can request and anyone can make.

This store serves several purposes. As mentioned in the feedback forum, there are apparent new people who feel uncomfortable when it comes to the number of stores in this area of the board. As well, this should stop the threads of people just asking for someone to make them a banner. Here, they can post their pictures without asking any single user. If people want variety, they can allow many different creators to try their hand instead of individually posting in all of the seperate stores.
