I personally think that megan is funny but could do with slightly more squeek.

What do you guys think also those who have seen her is she good live??

although I havent seen her, I think Kristen pretty much set the standard for how Glinda should sound. But I think Kendra set the bar on how Glinda should Act.

But again, I haven't seen Megan

Megan=LOVE! I saw her back in July and she rocked. She's such a sweetie too. I talked to her after the show (one on one b-4 she went to the stage door) b/c she is nice like that and she was a doll.

Megan is an amazing Glinda! Now I only have the cast recording to compare to and a view videos of other people, but she is so great in the role. She is an awesome singer and actress. There are just not enough nice things I can say about that girl! She is also so sweet at the stage door to her fans! I LOVE her!

I saw Megan live Nov. 9th and she was AMAZING the last note of NOMTW was even higher than Cheno's on the cd. She is definatly my fav. Glinda.

They were on CBS. Unexamined Life said they'd be on between 11 & 11:30, but it aired around 9:30. I caught most of it.

I watched CBS for a while, but then I switched to Macy's on NBC.

I went back and forth because I don't have the patience to sit through commerical breaks.

I mostly watched NBC but I just happened to change over to CBS just before For Good. And I taped it. So I'm going to try to convince my brother to hook the vcr up to my computer so I can get the performance on here. We'll see...

I watched NBC the whole time, we just happened to have that channel on when we turned on the TV.

It defintely was!!! It made my mom cry when she watched it. I think it is great how whichever Glinda it is, she starts to cry at the end. It is just so powerful and moving... :cry:

I think Megan is perfecting the part as she goes...I think she started off a little rough but now she is getting the hand of it and I love her!! She is so funny!!!

Megan is amazing! She moves around sooo much on stage (during her popular), to the point to where she’s almost out of breath and that just adds to the funnyness that is Megan Hilty!

I think she's absolutely perfect. She IS Glinda and she makes that character so charming and so likable! Her popular is also the funniest I've ever seen! She had me crying I was laughing so hard. That smile....you can't deny that smile!

Megan is a very good Glinda. She knows how to portray that character the best, and doesn't TRY to get laughs like a lot of other Glindas. I saw her as a standby, and was impressed, but after hearing a few recent clips, she is EVEN BETTER!

She's my second favorite. I think Kristin is untouchable but Megan does a phenomenal job. I love when she says in Popular: "Don't make me laugh...DON'T! They were popular. PLEASE!" Cracks me up every time.
