New Wallpaper:

Press V and use the Pen tool to draw a diagonal or slanted or however you want your text to appear, line and then press T to get the text tool. Place the cursor over the diagonal line until the little image goes slanted like the line you've drawn, the click to add your text and it should follow the slanted line =D

That was a really bad explanation but its quite difficult to explain properly.

^ Another way, which is how I do it. Once you've done your text (on a vector layer), go to 'objects' and then 'covert text to curves' 'character shapes' and then you can rotate it without it going blurry :-)
