Attend the tale of Sweeney Todd... I mean, the Wizard of Oz. George Hearn is my favorite Sweeney (besides Michael Cerveris) and he made a very decent Wizard. This is exciting!

meh, that's cool, I liked him as the Wizard, but I didn't think he brought anything extrordinary to the role.

Thanks! Either I didn't see that in the article, or I completely missed it.

The only Wizard who had a country accent....which bothered me about the others- if they were infact a "cornfed hick", then why don't they sound like it

My original Wizard! Go George!

Attend the tale of Wiz of Oz
He float a b'lloon only because,
The Kansas plains had nothing to see,
but all Oz bowed at his dignity.
Sound all applause,
for the Wonderful Wiz of Oz.

I have NO idea why I read the title of this as 'George Hearn is a fake'.

I think it's time for bed...
