So when Michelle says that she has a very fast costume change in the beginning to get her Shiz outfit on, does that mean that she's in the first part of Wicked when all the people are rejoicify because of Elphaba's death? Do you all know what I mean? Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes she is. Well Nessa always has been in that part as far as I know. I don't know the stageing for Broadway, but here in London, she is on the left where there are some stairs. Also, our Nessa ends up with messed up hair in the Shiz scene because she has a hat on ;-)

Usually Nessa and Fiyero are in the ensemble that celebrates the Witch's death.

Yes, Nessa and Boq are dressed up as munchkins, and the actor who plays Fiyero dances the part of the mysterious salesman, and before this is asked, he is not singing, but dancing to a recording of the Wizard's voice.

Yeah, if you go onto Broadway.com and search the site for Wicked Photo Ops. then look for the album called a wicked Farewell and a Wonderful Hello: there is a picture of Michelle and Sho together in costume.

In all productions, Boq, Nessa, Fiyero, and Dr. Dillamond are in the beginning mob scene.

Well, here it is. You can especially tell with Derrick, because of his hair.

In the past the "salesman" was played by Fiyero, but now it is played by a male ensemble memeber. A long time ago some posted a response from Kristoffer Cusick explaining why.

yes indeed in ALL productions the actors who play Boq, Nessa, Dilly, and Fiyero are in the opening scene.

And the "lover" in played by an ensemble member.

I noticed like the second time I went. But then I was sat in 2nd row lol. Once you know they're there it is very obvious.

I spotted Jenna in the ensemble during NOMTW at Eden's last. She was standing on the stairs on the left side of the stage if you're facing it. That might be the standard spot for the Nessa actress to stand.

Same! i have sat 2nd and 1st row and never noticed them! i feel so smart! :roll:

I spotted Heidi and Adam right away when I was sitting front row in Chicago and Brad was so funny. He was popping all the bubbles coming out of Erin's Bubble. I didn't know Dr. Dillamond was in it though, I will look next time.

I'm pretty sure that is the standard spot for Nessa. That's where Katie stands too, and then she goes down the steps, hugs one of the ensemble at one point, and then finally goes with the rest of the ensemble for the last line of the song.

The others are more scattered in with the ensemble...

I noticed K.Todd and Jennifer the fourth time I saw the tour. I never noticed anyone else :-( . That kind of bums me out.

Nessa isn't in the opening scene, but the Cast Member who plays her is, as a member of the ozians
