Carmen is currently playing the most well-known role on Broadway, Elphaba Thropp, the misunderstood green girl of Stephen Schwartz's Tony Award-Winning musical "Wicked", on tour across North America. Other stage credits include playing Fantine in "Les Miserables" and Christine in "The Phantom of the Opera. Cusack has also starred in a hit West End musical by the name of "Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens", playing a 'saucy' alien by the name of Chesty Prospects, which closed in February of 2006.

OMG! I love Carmen Cusack! She is amazing! I have seen her twice, going on three times! She has such a fierce voice. And she totally owns her character in Wicked. Can I be a Cusacker? LOL.

And I have to agree with Broadway^...she's a complete sweetheart at SD. A few of my friends and I waited a while to meet her, and when she found out we waited she wouldn't stop hugging us...she even personalized my Playbill and genuinely appreciated the scarf I'd made her!

Count me in! Carmen has an amazing stage presence, an amazing voice and has spent alot of time perfecting her characterization of Elphaba. Her talents continue to amaze me and I wish her all the best! I sincerely hope that she will be the next one to get to be Elphaba on Broadway!
