As per a recent message board posting, Miriam Margolyes will be replacing Jayne Houdyshell. Dates unknown. True or not? Remains to be seen.

OMG! Miriam is truly such an incredible Morrible. I saw her in London and wow! She is the bi****est Morrible ever and her DG speech is chilling. I would love for her to come to Broadway.

Lenny Wolpe=one of the most talented and nicest people on Broadway.
I wish Alma would join the Broadway cast, but then again I'm happy because I want to see her doing new things. In my opinion, she was the best Morrible tied with Carole Shelley.

Lenny was adorable in Drowsy (his dance in Toledo Surprise). He will make a great Wizard.
If Miriam stayed until summer 2008, she would run into Daniel Radcliff in Equus! :ha:. A little Harry Potter reunion. tehe. :lol1:

Yeah, that seems unlikely but I sure hope it's true! She is absolutely brilliant in the role.
