I searched for this and NOTHING came up.

Does anyone else watch this show? I know the last show is tonight (or WAS for most of you), but does anyone else love like it? I just got into the show the week I left for my vacation so I missed a lot. Every time I watch it it makes me WISH I could dance like that.

Edit: I just found out that they did a number from Hairspray. Ugh, how could I have missed that?

I've wacthed this show form season 1. Love it.
Neil, honestly he needs to do something with his shoulders, they're always up and it just ruins everything. I was hoping for Danny to win because he is amazing and so graceful onstage. But Sabra was amazing too, so I'm not that mad.

my mom is obsessed with this show. using her cell phone, she must have voted at least 300 times for danny last night. and then forced my dad to do the same...NO exaggeration!!

she even bought tickets the moment they went on presale for the so you think you can dance tour..for the whole family!

and she's already plotting with my dance teachers how i'm going to audition for it when i turn 18...that's 3 years from now.

she's a lunatic...

i'm pleased there is finally a girl winner, but i really wanted danny to win. his technique is FLAWLESS.

I watched the show, like last season or something.. And then, I just stopped watching it, I don't know why... I don't watch many shows that are on.. Like American Idol, and American Inventor.. My mom and brother both watch(ed) it every night it was on, and I would be just sitting in my room, watching ESPN or soemthing and I'd hear them like "NO WAY!!!!" And I'd just go in there and be bored,,,Weird...

I absolutely love this show! Being a dancer myself it was quite easy to get addicted.

Anyway, Sabra was my favorite from the beginning. There's just something about her that makes you stop what you're doing and watch her dance. I could watch her for hours.

I loved Neil as well because he's been on Broadway, but sometimes that went against him because of his cheesy facial expressions. (like in Shane's hip hop routine he did with Sabra)

I also loved Danny technically, but he always came off as not showing a lot of emotion when he was dancing until the very end.

And I don't know why, but I never liked Lacey all that much. I probably would have rather seen Pasha or Lauren in the top 4 than her. But I do love Benji!!!

And I'm hoping to get tickets to the tour soon...!



Oh and the number from Hairspray was really good...except I felt bad for Sabra when Dominic dropped her!

I'm a huge fan of this show, but only seriously started watching this season, right from the very beginning. I noticed that there was no thread, but was too frightened to start one because I thought people would laugh at me! I'm a HUGE Pasha supporter. He's such a gentleman and I know he had his weak moments and his funny moments (ie when he was being interviewed one time during rehearsals and he was talking about the hear/see/speak no evil monkeys and instead of covering his mouth for the speak no evil, he covered his ears). The poor guy went through so much, and but he tried so much harder than some of the dancers, and I think he deserved to be in the top four, much more so than Lacey did.

Female dancer wise, I def. support Sabra. I loved the Neil/Sabra Jazz and Paso Doble routines. Both were absolutely brilliant.

I have to agree about Danny on the emotions.

I felt Lacey did the same solo dance, over and over, wiggling, sliding and pointing. I love Benji, don't get me wrong, but Lacey just seemed to copy him. I got the impression that all she ever did was stare at the camera. It was like "Look at me! Here I am!"

I tried to get tickets to the Toronto show, and they're all sold out. They're doing the auction for front row seats, going for $335.00.

I wasn't happy with the results. I wanted Lacy or Neil to win. Sabre was okay but she never really impressed me. She never stood out.

same here! they were the two i voted for. i didnt vote until the finale so i was bummed the one time i vote they went home first.

I missed so much of the show that I didn't know you could vote till it was too late.

I really liked Sabra winning and was pleased for her, but I would've preferred Pasha or Neil to win. They both really improved over the season and were constantly changing things up.

I only watched one episode of it and it was alright. At my SAT prep school, there is a dance instructor from SYTYCD teaching hip hop. Too much money though, but he is Russian and he appeared in the second season. Does anyone know who I might be talking about?

I LOVE SYTYCD!!!!!! I've watched since last year. I love the dancing, it's so great. I was rooting for Sabra to win, so I was really happy that she did! My favorite choreographer is Mia... she's awesome. But this was a GREAT season, the judges made picking the best dancer difficult.

I loved watching it this year for the first time. I had seen parts of last years season, but since I lived in Brasil- I couldn't finish it.

This year I started out loving Lacey, Kameron, and Sabra.
Then he got kicked off.
Then I started to love Neil.
Then I found that Lacey wasn't as impressive as everyone else.
So then Neil got kicked out, and Sabra won.


I loved this season. I am sad its over though.

she is like my favorite person ever. every week she has choreogrphed hers have been the best.

i think my two favorite dances that she did were for sure the first week when lacey and kameron were wearing all black. it was such a powerful and intense dance. and then the one lacey and neil did a few weeks ago that she choreographed about her and her dad who died. omg it was so touching and my whole family cried haha.

but my other fav choreographer is wade robson hes sooo good. i love all his dances too. and i got to meet him back when he was the choreogrpher for Nsync cause i went to their concert and he was there and hes way nice.

Those were my favorite Mia dances this summer tooo!!! My all time favorite Mia dance was the bench dance though... it's so touching, I still watch it on youtube and stuff. I loved Travis last season and Heidi was a sweetheart... that was an amazing dance though.

Wade is my second favorite too! His dances are so crazy and amazing. It made me sad that the judges didn't like the fox dance, I thought it was neat, and I understood it!... but whatevz. My sister thinks that she saw Wade in LAX... haha.

I don't get why ya'll didn't like Sabra... I thought that she was great. She had such great passion when she danced. She truly, truly danced from the heart. And for 4 years of dance WOW. She inspired me because so much, because I'd love to take up dance, but because of my age that makes things hard... and she won So You Think You Can Dance... I just think that's amazing...

I miss this show already. Pasha was my favorite this season, he was just amazing each week. I'm trying to get tour tickets for the Indy stop in November. And if you want to download any of the routines, almost all of them are available on idolstartv.com. My iPod has about 15 different dances on it, haha.

I don't watch it generally, but I did turn it on about halfway through last night's episode. That dance to Maxwell's rendition of This Woman's Work (Kate Bush's original is one of my favorite songs) was absolutely beautiful. It was almost a little scary to see all of the judges like that, tearing up and whatnot.

I've seen several episodes of this show over the years and I've only ever seen two performances that have left me speechless. That was definitely one of them.

I've never watched it before, and last night I just happened to watch it, and the dance to This Woman's Work nearly brought me to tears. What an incredible gift.

Dancers never cease to amaze me.

I'm glad that I found the thread for this show. It's my favorite show of the season. I'm perfectly happy with whoever wins this week, but Melanie has been my favorite dancer from the start. Also, here's an interview choreographer and former contestant Travis Wall:
