Ok who here agrees....they always take to long to change the pics on the website!?!

It's only been a couple weeks. Even though I can't wait to see them It still takes a while.

I know but I just wish they'd keep the old ones up until they take the new ones and then upload them onto the website. We may have seen the old ones a million times but at least we'd have something to look at!

I've been looking for pix and the new trailer with the current cast and there's nothing yet!!

last change took like 2 and a half months.

yea it's really annoying that they take forever to update...but hey, at least they get up there eventually!

all they do is cut apart obc pics then paste the new cast's face on them with photoshop. those cheapskates! the worst one by far was the defying gravity pic of shoshana. do they think we're that stupid?

I agree....all I want is the new pics...no matter what they look like or whose head is on who's body.

Before anybody thinks I'm a wack-job making a sign....I didn't make it- it's Photoshopped...wait! I'm turning into a Wicked photographer!

You know what makes me mad. The day after Sho, Michelle, David and Rue left the new headshots and biography were up. But here we are weeks later still no new pictures :-( Either Joan needs to take some damn pictures or we need a new photographer.

You don't remeber when they came do you? It was 3 months later before we got any....

And I vote for a new photographer...her new ones are shi...crap...

new photographer. i really don't like her pictures that much. i tend to like the ones done by other photographers.

Her pictures suck. period.

I don't understand why it takes so long. There's been new pics seen already so it seems to be they should be ready to go. I don't think the people that run the official Wicked website are that organized. They should have new cast pics ready to go when the new cast takes over.

the people that run the official site are really lazy. they probably have pictures of the new cast within a week because they post them on the board infront of the gershwin. like when i saw the show in august they had had the pictures of megan and shoshana up for months...but they weren't put on the site for another month or two.

My opinion is that they want to get several shows photographed of the new cast on Broadway and then select the best ones.

Feels like it always takes too long. But I guess they don't always have it ready because the pictures might not be prepared?

I feel like they already have the pictures... afterall... broadway.com has shown us at least 2 or 3 of them already! So why not just put them up? THE SUSPENSE!

It's not just Wicked....Phantom takes *forever* to update their website. Last time when Hugh Panaro (Phantom) went on vacation, they removed his headshot and bio from the cast page and didn't put it back until about a month after he returned...so there was no Phantom for over a month.

Not too smart, IMO, since the website is now the first stop for almost everyone interested in a new show.

As someone who needs the new photos to keep working on is love bars, the wait is killing me. :fryingpan: <----- (That's me, on the right)

But they wouldnt take pictures during a show.. they just take pictures of scenes and then change clothes to a new one like a photoshoot..

they do some pictures live. like all the opening night pictures happened during the show.

I'd like to see ALL the pictures that have been taken, not just the ones they use for publicity. Ther are probably some that were never used...

Oh yes the opening night ones, But for the Promo shots for the web and such are all done like photoshoots! They can be really fun actually! :rock:
