There's a karaoke CD that has them. But they aren't official instrumentals and therefore are inferior. I don't really know where to find the others.

I'd really like to know who made this and how and why they didn't do every other song.

I got it from the Japan website, that's all I can tell you. I wish all the songs were available too. There's nothing like Official instrumentals to brighten up One's Short Day.

not official ones.. but yes, I do have a few. but NGD is the best one I have.. but I believe I also have INTG, DG, FG, Popular, TWAI, and possibly ALAYM.. but again, they aren't as good as NGD..
