and Lucy is amazing, but idk, she seems a little to subdue. But I still cant wait to see this later on this year! It looks amazing

I love Lucy as Glinda. Especially the first "lalalala..." looks so funny. And I love that "whoosh whoosh" its screamingly funny too.

Haha, it's a good thing I know exactly what they're saying, or I'd be like "O____O;". It's fun listening to a song you know by heart in another language. xD; YAY! This is cool. Willemijn is sooo good at singing, too.

During press call it isn't usual to clap, 'cause all are busy with photographing and filming and it would disturb.

They were amazing! I love And BTW, my mom is laughing at me that i want the OGCR.....she just doesn't understand.

I love how Lucy bends over and she pops back up immediately. I have no idea why, but it makes me bust out laughing every time. She's tied for my favorite Popular with Megan, defs.

It is really random, but while watching Lucy's Popular and not understanding what she's saying, but understanding what's going on because I know the musical, it gives me the feeling I'm watching Megan Hilty. I guess me not understanding the German reminds me of me not being able to catch what Megan is exactly saying when she makes her "Megan Sounds." Or maybe Lucy reminds me a bit of her. Or maybe I've been thinking too much of Megan Hiltys' Popular.
And her leaping about doing her Las and her wand-jerking definitely rivals Megan's in the most spastastically wonderful.
It was really refreshing to see a new take on Popular. I liked her little movements when she went to get the mirror.
And on the plus side again, I now know the German words for dearly beloved, ballgown, toss, and you're welcome. And I'm pretty sure I can say the equivalent of "pink goes good with green." Haha.


Finally got to the other videos. I must say, they sound astoundingly great together. Their voices blend really well.

I TOTALLY KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT! She gave me that exact feeling too! Which it probably why I love her so much. Only, I know what they're saying in German. Well, I get the idea because I know what happens. Don't you just love her after she says what would normally be "and all because of me!" and bends over then like, pops back into the air? I LOVE it. I love her take on Popular, even if I know very little of what she's saying. I'm like, falling in love with this Glinda here. Very close second to Megan, very close. Meggy Magoo will always be my favorite. But Lucy-Loo will now be a close second.

Do you think you could give us a rough translation of Popular? Not great, just better than what people have gotten off like Freetranslation.com?

I'm probably no better than freetranslation. xD Like I said, I know very little. I can try though! Might be better to get someone who lived in Germany or somewhere to do it, but I can try to get ya a rough one. I don't know enough to translate the song completely, and they speak a little too fast for me to keep up. xD; Hence why I asked for Popular lyrics in German, so I could try to translate it roughly. XD

Okay, guys, here's my translation of "Heiss geliebt." It's really far from perfect, and I know that, but I didn't have much time to do it, and please remember that the German version contains quite a few unusual words, too, which nevertheless fit into the whole "Galinda context" and make the song even funnier. Yet I've come to realize that the lyrics sound a bit weird in English, since I tried to stick to the German line order, which meant that the English version has quite a strange syntax now. I hope you can understand it anyways. Feel free to ask if there is anything that you don't understand.

I wasn't too sure about the title. My German-English dictionary says "heiß geliebt" means "dearly beloved," so I decided to translate it that way although I also heard something like "hotly loved" or "ardently loved" around here. So just take your pick.

By the way, I've left out the spoken parts in the middle since they don't appear on the Broadway album, either, but if you want me to include them, just let me know, okay?
