Well I am new to this forum, but not new to Wicked. I have been obsessed with it since I first saw it in 2006 w/Eden and Kate Reinders on Broadway. Then I came home from my world trip and was like I have to see this show again. So, on my trip this year, I went to New York again and saw it with Stephanie J Block and Annaleigh Ashford and totally loved it all over again. I have to say though, that I still love Eden more than Steph. Though Steph is remarkable. I am also pretty shattered that I never got to see it with Idina and Kristin as that would have been criminal!!
So anways, after NY I went to LA this year and managed to score lottery tickets to the show on the only 1 day I could see it. I soon found out, remarkably on this board, that the show I saw was one of the first that Eden and Megan were back in, as they had been out sick in October!!! Oh the luck! So, my 3rd time seeing it, was front row at the Pantages and it was beyond fab. Eden and Megan are officially my favourite pair!
Now that we are gettting Wicked in Melbourne -
I am totally excited for it. I am hopeful that we get a decent cast and that Melbourne is worthy of all the Wicked shows that have come before it. I know I will be there like every week seeing the show and singing away to myself in the front row!Anyways, can't wait to post on this board and re-live my Wicked experiences!!!!
