This may be a really dumb question, but what's the 'Mad props'? I've heard it other places too, and I'm confused.

"Mad Props!" Is a line in the song "Omigod You Guys" in the musical Legally Blonde: The Musical that she was in as Margot. It's kind of a just a saying... that well, I don't know... and like no one can say it the same way Annaleigh does. lol.
