Carole Shelley has once again left Wicked today. I wish her the very best.

Aw, I know Carole's been in the role tons of times, but I think she is one of the very few who can make Morrible an evil, hysterical standout role. I wish someone as kind and talented as Carole the best, but I'm ecstatic about Miriam coming to Broadway, for sure.

I was lucky enough to see Carole in September, and she was great! I can't wait to see her in other projects.

I agree. The guy that was sitting next to me was dozing off and when she said that he just about jumped out of his seat. His wife hit him and told him to pay attention. LOL

Carole was my first Morrible, and she seriously scared me with her speech before DG. My dad pretty much jumped out of his skin, because it was our first time seeing Wicked and I forgot to tell him. Lol. I'll miss her!

Does anyone know if Miriam will be there past April 21? Because I might be able to see it anyday from the 19th of April to the 21st, and I hear she's incredible and I don't want to miss her.

I am SO glad i was able to FINALLY see Carole on Broadway before she left - She completely makes the show! She is definitely my favorite Morrible.

One thing i really like that she does is, during Thank Goodness, when the Ozian says "water could melt her", Carole mouths, "water will what? Oh how STUPID!" - lol And the way she tries to rub the green off Steph's hands during Morrible's part in The Wizard and I. She just had so many little things she did that made her wonderful! She will be missed!

I am excited to see Miriam too, though - Hopefully soon!

Miriam will be there 3 months i believe...so you could be in chance of catching her last show.

I was super lucky and got to see Carole's very last show! Let me just say she was amazing! This was my first time seeing Wicked so she absolutely made it that much more magical!
