No; the cast is meant to be in at all times, and the standbys or understudies go on when members of the regular cast can't. They don't split-cast (though it would probably really help the vocal--and physical--health of the performers if they did). Steph has apparently been doing only evening performances for the past week, but that's because she's still recovering from an injury; it's not the norm. Maybe it should be!

So I'm not really sure whether this thread will have a long life; once the cast is settled again, prepare to see "Full Cast," "Full Cast," "Full Cast"....

If this thread isn't too active (the london one is) it would still be useful if you know if someone has called out at the last minute etc. i think it's a good idea

I was talking while the programmed cast have holiday, the standby and understudies sometimes split the holiday shift!

Unless Kendra does the matinee tomorrow, tonight might be Lisa and Katie's last time going on together.

I'm soo desperate to be at the Lisa/Lindsay show. Only because...well, Lisa and Lindsay is my favorite ensemble member and she's really sweet! I know they're really great friends and I'd kill to see them together!

I'm going to see the Lisa/Lindsay show so don't kill me please. I wanted to go to the Lisa/Katie show tonight but I had to make a choice between tonight and Friday so I chose Friday instead. Since Lindsay's only been Glinda once before. And she's my favorite ensemble member also. And she's a total SWEETHEART(I'm not saying that Katie isn't ,well I never met Katie or even seen her either).

Ticketmaster just released a few regular seats for Friday night. As of 7:55pm EST, Orchestra B12 was available. N5 was also available a few minutes ago.
