I wa just wondering, does anyone have a list (or is there a thread) about the changes which were made from San Fran to Bway?

Well, I think there were a couple pf costume changes. I'm pretty sure that origianally Glinda's "Popular" dress was blue. Also, I think that "As Long as You're Mine" was sung in a room at an inn rather than in the forest. "Which way is the party" was replaced by "Dancing Through Life". There are some mare changes explained in "Wicked: The Grimmerie: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Hit Broadway Musical".

Nessa's dress in Act II also changed. The original is currently on display at the Information Center in Times Square!

There were also two songs cut from the original preview, "Making Good", which Elphaba sang on a train and was later replaced by "The Wizard and I", and "As if by Magic," which was sung by Elphaba, Fiyero, and Dr. Dillamond. There was also a scene of Dr. Dillamond's funeral, with Galinda giving a eulogy where she changes her name to Glinda, which was cut from the preview as well.
Oh, and Fiyero originally was going to have blue diamonds on his face like in the novel, but they were later taken out.

Wasn't Thank Goodness originally more like a press conference headed by Madame Morrible?

^ I know that it has been more than a couple of weeks since this was asked, but I'm not sure.
