Yes, they did. In German "Morrible" doesn't make any sense. So they called her Madame Akaber. If you articulate this fast it sounds like Madame Makaber (english: Madame Macabre). So it's alike the English pun.

pun? and I don't get it! LOL.

But I got it. LOL "Morrible" is a portmanteau of morbide and horrible, so it's a pun I think.

- Sabrina Weckerlin (Alternate Elphaba) leaves Wicked in November. She's going to play the role of "Magrid Arnaud" (1st Cast) in the Musical "Marie Antoinette" in Bremen (Germany)
- Roberta Valentini (u/s Elphaba) is going to play the the name part of the Musical "Marie Antoinette" (First Cast) in parallel, she becomes alternate Elphaba in Stuttgart.
- Maike Switzer (u/s Nessarose; Swing) also changes to "Marie Antoinette" for the role of "Agnés Duchamps" (1st Cast)

I think I must be misinterpreting this because it's reading to me that Roberta is going to be alternate Elphaba and be in Marie Antoinette at the same time? Is that right???

Marie Antoinette won't have eight shows a week, just performances on select days. So, technically, Roberta will in fact have time to do both.

There will be 7 shows a week, look here, on the offical Homepage of MA:

'Cause there is an alternate actress for the role of Marie Antoinette, but no alternate for the role of Magrid Arnaud. So Sabrina has to play regularly 7 shows a week, Roberta only 5 shows.

Maria Walter and Melanie Gebhard are the two new Second-Cast Elphabas in Stuttgart.
I used the term "Second-Cast" because the term u/s means not exactly the same.
There are two new Elphabas because Roberta Valentini (Alternate Elphaba) will only be there for her two shows a week.

@ pink flower: No, Roberta won't leave Wicked. She only leaves her ensemble role and get the Alternate Elphaba from Sabrina. So she simultaneously plays two times a week Elphaba in Stuttgart and for the rest of the week Marie Antoinette in Bremen. Only because of that there have to be two another covers of Elphaba, cause Roberta can't play more than two shows as Elphaba a week and can't do any stand-by if some is on holiday or ill.
