Alright well this is my first review ever, so try to bear with me here. This performance was amazing and my friend and I almost didn't make the show on time haha. So we left the house in plenty of time, well we thought and my friend drives like a speed demon. So we got to L.A. blah blah and we couldn't find what street the Pantages was on, and then it turned 8pm and I was like oh no were not going to make it!. So we got into the parking center parked the car and ran! to the theatre. So we made it in and got to seat down for 2 mins and then about 8:07pm the show started, so I guess we were lucky.
Oh my seats were amazing, I thought at first like we were getting pranked don't ask me why, cause they were amazing, so we sat down and we were just in awe of what view we had.

Oh and no one was in front of us, there were 6 seats missing in front of us, so it was very nice that we had no one in front of us.
NOMTW: WOW!!!, I love the flying monkeys they are so cool, the ensemble cast was great!. Everyone was at the top of there game. I spotted a couple of people who I knew, but I did end up watching Dioni a lot. So Erin came down and I literally was the very first person to clap for her, I was very happy to see her as my Glinda
. God she is so gorgeous. So there wasn't very much applause for her. So Erin started to sing, and her voice is so soothing and pure. I love her voice, she really can hit those high notes. So then comes the very end and ensemble and glinda just finished that song , perfectly.DEAR OLD SHIZ: So Teal came running out, had the biggest smile on her face and, got a very round of applause. She does indeed sing with the shiz students. Then pop comes up madame morrible and joanne got a very pleasant applause as well. They really isn't really much else to say about this part.
THE WIZARD AND I: Oh mrs.wicks voice is so amazing, I really enjoyed hearing her sing, I love her acting it's great. She really put a lot of effort into this song. her last note was amazing. Right after she was done, kinda in a quiet way I was like whoohoo!!! Go teal!.
WHAT IS THIS FEELING: I really like Erins start off to this song, she sings it kinda slow. Teal just looked at her and then turned head back and said blonde!. It was a really great scene. It was funny when erin kinda just shut the mirror instead of just continuously pointing it to teals face. The ensemble was great, and at the very end, when teal said boo!, erin did this real preppy scream haha.
SOMETHING BAD: Ummm nothing, too exciting in this scene, David is a very good Doctor Dillamond, his voice was really nice to listen too. Erin is so hilarious though when she said “well it seems like the artichoke is steamed” she got a real good laugh at that.
DANCING THROUGH LIFE: Man Derrick is great!!!. His voice is awesome, I just watched him sing his heart out and the way he dances is pretty funny. He is a cool guy. I love his voice though it’s not as high as Kris’s though, but I love his vibrato. Very well done performance from derrick. I like him!. Derrick got a very good applause as well.
POPULAR: Erin Erin Erin, she is so funny!. When she said “fiyero and I are going to be married”. She did this high pitched sound, hahaha. Teal just looked so disgusted to be roommates with her. Erin is so cute though, I really like her.
IM NOT THAT GIRL: I love this part, teal has an amazing voice!. It was a great scene, teal really put the effort in, too look kinda sad and upset that she wasn’t the girl. Overall good job teal!.
ONE SHORT DAY: I love this part cause all the cool green lights, light up the stage. Teal and Erin did enter the stage a little bit late, but they pulled it off. I believe there was a new guard too, cause the last time I went, back in February, there was a different guy who did this part “the wizard well see you now!”. Erin is so funny cause the very beginning when she says I want him, she just kind of threw a hissy fit, haha.
A SENTIMENTAL MAN: I am really going to miss John, I love his voice and his acting is great!. I swear when the mechanical wizard head speaks, it is so loud!!!. Teal and Erin just looked really scared to be meeting the wizard. John got a very pleasant applause and a couple of whistles. I love it when john sings “ For I am a sentimental mannnn”. I like how he sings sentimental cause he goes high and then low, just perfection!. And then madame morrible came in teal was like what the hades?, press secretary?. So when teal did the spell, is it called the “levitation spell?”. She was just upset what had happened to chistery and chistery screamed his head off!. Then when she was just disgusted with the wizard, she just ran way so fast.
DEFYING GRAVITY: Amazing!. MY heart rate went up so fast, I was really just waiting for this part!. When teal came running up and was just in distress that there was no way out except preventing the guards to come in and had to use the broom to barricade the door. Great transation from Erin and Teal when they sing “I hope your happy etc.”, Erin just went up to the stage and teal was just kinda looking backwards, where the broom use to be. Jo Anne did a very good job at alerting the ozians about the witch, a lot better then last time, plus I like her. Then erin was just trying to comfort her after the speech and teal looked scared, then when she left erin she has a very beautiful low voice sound. Her acting is great!. Then when erin was trying to persuade her, like stop being crazy and get back to reality. Teal just pushed her way through and was like no I am going to do this. Then during the spell book, she just looked up and was just determined to fly. I love how the broom floats. Then when Teal told Erin to come with her, this immature guy, was like “oh yeah”. This guy kept making remarks, it was so freakin annoying!. So lets speed up when Erin and Teal are kinda getting ready to part from each other. I LOVED my view for the flying portion, I was like darn we got some good ass seats. Erin is very innocent, she was like “wait let go of me, please leave me alone do hear?”. And then comes the powerhouse Teal, she looked like she was going to stumble on it’s meeeeee, but she nailed it. I love her Solooo cause she reached her arm towards erin and erin reached back, Kodak moment. She did her signature “Tell them how IIII”, and she did her amazing “Bring me DoOoOoOooown”, she needs to watched the way she throws her neck around when she sings that part, I was like dear lord don’t hurt yourself. Oh I love the green lights to they are amazing. Got a thunderous applause at the end and whistles whoohoos!!!.
INTERMESSION: Just talked to my friend for about 5 mins, and she was like that was awesome!, she really enjoyed the show. Then we decided to go walk around stretch and to go use the restroom.
NOTMW REPRISE: Same thing ensemble amazing great at opening act 2 up.
THANK GOONESS: Great song from erin I loved this song from her, her voice gives you chills.
THE WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST:. I swear I thought Briana was having a seizure when, teal put a spell on her shoes to make her walk, god she was shaking so much, I was like ok you can stop!, I mean shouldn’t you be cured in like 5 secs ago, like the the rest of the nessaroses respond when they get the spell cast to there shoes to make them walk, but I guess every actress has a different approach to it. I love her voice. Michael rocks as usual.
WONDERFUL: Teal was just so pist at the wizard. Just the usual.
IM NOT THAT GIRL: I love erin, she is gorgeous, I would love to date her. Too bad she is like 4 years older than me, darn!. She just looked upset that she is loosing her boyfriend fiyero. Gorgeous voice, she looked so sad, which made me sad for her . She did a nice high sound on girl.
AS LONG AS YOUR MINE: Great song, well not my favorite, but the acting was great, not too much grabbing. I swear at the very end when they kissed, it seem liked it took forever for them to stop.
NO GOOD DEED: Ok catfight first, funny haha, teal did this real kiddy laugh haha when she got slapped, and it looked she really slapped erin, I was like ouch!, My friend laugh so much at erin whe nshe did her twirl at the end. Ok ngd Teal acting is superior, I think this is my fav song from her, she did a riff whe nshe sang FiyeroOoOooooOoo or however it went haha. She looked very upset and mad.
MARCH OF THE WITCH HUNTERS: The ensemble cast is great, erin was very upset that madame morrible had told the ozians to go aftter the witch and kill the witch.
FOR GOOD: Umm I don’t think there was any crying involved, but I think erin was, very well done though.
FINALE: The ensemble is very powerful, No applause when teal came up from the trap door. Erin was again lovely, ensemble cast kicked butt at the end!. Curtain call, was awesome, lots of whistles. Overall great performance. Sorry if I didn’t give enough detail I just wanted to get through it real fast and I am very tired haha.
STAGEDOOR:
KEITH A. BER: Didn’t know who he was, but he is a ensemble member, nice guy, he talked about the cast changes being involved with the production. He talked about Joanne and John leaving and a couple of others which he didn’t mention any names. Nice guy and got his autograph and a pic.
Jo Anne Worley: She is so very nice . My friend was ease dropping on someone others conversation, and I guess in the show she gets more rings when she gets evil?, which I was shocked. Real nice lady, I got a pic with her and then I had my friend get a pic with her, but jo anne was like where are you going and my friend was like come on back and jo anne was like yeah well have 3 pic. Got her autograph as well.
MICHAEL DROLET: Tightest guy, he is so cool, he was wearing this real cool hat sideways and when I took a pic with him, one of the bodyguards was like to me, “are you wearing stilts?” hahaha, Michael laughed cause I was like giant to Michael, Nice guy.
Derrick Williams: Real nice guy, seems like he has a great personality, asked how we were doing blah blah. And he kicked his legs up in front of me too, I forget but it was for some funny reason, darn my memory. Has the biggest smile too.
David De Vries: Didn’t real talk to him, seems like a pretty cool guy.
John Rubinstein: Nice guy, I am going to miss him.
Teal Wicks: she is so short, very nice, we talked to her, but I forget what we said to her.
