Hi everyone! My name is Melanie, I'm 31 and I'm from Wales in the UK. I discovered Wicked last year whilst watching 'Ugly Betty'. Random, I know lol. My sis really wanted to go see 'Chess the musical' as her idol - Idina Menzel was going to be there. I agreed to go along. What I witnessed that night was amazing! That's the first time I got to hear Kerry Ellis, and I've been truly amazed by her talents since. The next day we went to see Wicked in London, with Kerry as Elphaba. It was a fantastic show. Needless to say I've been back many times since (my bank account doesn't like me anymore ha ha).

When I'm not flying on my broomstick to London, I'm a mom to an 11 year old. He has Asperger Syndrome - so that gets quite hard at times. Every day's a new one When I'm not busy with all of that (time seems to get rarer these days), I'm a singer / musician / songwriter. I guess people define my music as contemporary folk. I just let others decide. Ok, enough rambling from me. I look forward to getting to know you all

I went on the 2nd and thought the atmosphere was going to be fantastic but it wasn't! The 9th was AMAZING though wasn't it? The matinee was hilarious and the evening was spectacular. I'm glad Kerry left on the highest note possible
