Megan.. She is so amazing.

The way she hits that E in NOMTW is just wow. I can't even put into words how amazing Megan is! :bow:

Cheno because she over all IS Glinda and is just so cute and natural at being Glinda.

Both are ditzy AND Emotional, taking the whole range of emotions.

But Hilty has the best smile, is the most genuine about her expressions and she hits that NOTE at the end of NOMTW and TG!

Megan Hilty, no doubt in my mind!!!!

Jennifer allll the way! I haven't seen Megan, but I've seen Cheno 4x, and Jen's Popular killed me 4534x more than Kristin's ever did. Plus, she is just the sweetest person.

I think it's just 'cause people are more likely to have seen all the NYCers to make a comparison... but I noticed too, plus same thing for the tour cast... so I put all five down on mine lol :rock:

I just think if people want to create these polls, they should include all casts so it is fair to everyone and no one gets pissed because their cast is not included.

kristin will always be my galinda- she set the standard for the role and her personality/voice/singing is just perfect- megan hilty is a close second tho cuz she is super sweet and shes amazing as glinda too!! :mrgreen:

I absolutely adore everything about Megan's G(a)linda. She just radiates energy and character. Everything I've seen of Kristin has been more subdued and naturalistic, whereas I love Megan's outlandishness.

I very much loved Jennifer Laura Thompson in 'Urinetown', but unfortunately have not seen/heard really anything of her G(a)linda. I would love to see some more of her other than in the DEFYING GRAVITY vids on youtube.com, and I'll be able to effectively judge after that.
