Lisa Brescia. She is amazing and I really wish I got the chance to see her live.

It's an interesting question, because there are people I'd like to see but I think have had enough time with Wicked...and then there's those who I think could benefit from more time with Wicked...
For those I want to see in the role but don't think should necessarily return to Wicked...
-Stephanie J. Block (got to see her many times, but can never get enough of her in Wicked)
-Kerry Ellis (I know she's done a lot of Wicked, but I found her to be fantastic)
-Megan Hilty (I know she's had plenty of time with Wicked, but I never got to see her but think I would have loved her based on people's analyses of her and her performance in 9 to 5)
For those who I would truly like to see back in Wicked...
-Caissie Levy (really enjoyed her in Hair and would love to see her reprise the role of Elphaba)
-Katie Rose Clarke (I know she just finished up a long tour run, but everyone seemed to love her and I'd certainly go check her out on Broadway)

@Chenzel..Lisa Brescia was FABULOUS as Elphaba! I saw her with Annaleigh in New York...she ranks high on my list of Elphie's haha!
Anyways..I would have loved to have seen either Kristy Cates or Caissie Levy as Elphaba...they are both such talented women! As for Glinda...Jennifer.Laura.Thompson..that is all XD

Would love to see Megan or KRC again. I think Katie is the most likely - Megan has other stuff going on. Also like to see Kristin, if we could rewind 5-6 years. Never got to see SJB or Nicole Parker and would like to. Wouldn't have to twist my arm to see Eden or Caissie again, either.

I'd see Julia Murney in a heartbeat if she came back as Elphaba. Also would love to see Lisa Brescia or Nicole Parker in the role... I think there's a good chance Nicole will come back, one day.

As for Glinda, the only ones who are gone and have left a real impression on me are Kristin Chenoweth, Jennifer Laura Thompson and Stacie Morgain Lewis. Each actress was absolute perfection in the role.

I think we all know that I'd have a minor heart attack if Julia came back. She's the only one for me, I think. Although, after seeing Hair, I'd love the chance to see Caissie Levy's Elphie.
As for Glinda, I'd LOVE for Christina DeCicco to come back.

Of the people I've seen, I'd absolutely love for both Caissie Levy and Katie Rose Clarke to return. I only saw each of them once, and once was definitely not enough.
Among the actresses I haven't seen... Nicole, Alli, Shoshana, Stephanie, and Annaleigh all come to mind. Some obviously are more likely than others to occur.

Somehow cast members returning doesn't appeal to me. Like politicians, their time has been and gone. If they only do a 6 month contract and return a year or so later, that's a little different. Similarly, if an actress takes on the role and leaves, they should only come back once they've had a lot of distance from the show and are able to reinvent their interpretation. Wicked seems to have a few, what I term, Career Elphabas and Glindas. I find the 'one time only' leads the most special. There are, however, a number of stand-bys who deserve to take centre stage.
So, in saying that; who do I want to come back?

Julia Murney. Enough said.
I would also love to see Patrice Tipoki back (even though she was just an understudy). I could see her as an amazing Elphaba if she got to do more shows. (and I now have an image of all of you reading the name and going "who?" haha.)

Saycon Sengbloh is also someone that they need to bring back as well. She was one of the strongest Elphaba's vocally.

Christina DeCicco, first and foremost. She is the best Glinda the tour has had yet and definitely deserves a run on Broadway.
-Annalene Beechey, who I really, really, wished had taken over after Helen (or had originated the role in London)
-Victoria Matlock, who was great and deserves a chance to prove herself against some random criticism she's received after leaving (plus it would be great to pair her with Christina again)
-Julie Reiber, just because I'd like to see why everyone fawned over her so much

I think it would be great if Laura Bell Bundy got to come back even though it probably won't happen. I thought it could be a possibilty because Laura Michelle Kelly is now going to play Mary Poppins on Broadway now that she and Cameron Mackintosh made up after their dispute. If she could make up with the producers from
Mary Poppins why can't LBB?

Nothing. Some people on here are over-eager to jump to conclusions and use every far-fetched opportunity they can.

Laura Michelle Kelly had a
TERRIBLE fallout with Cameron Mackintosh to originate the role of Mary Poppins on Broadway. However, they made up and now she's getting the oppurtunity to play the part on Broadway after all. All I'm saying is that if LMK can make up with the producers of
Mary Poppins why can't Laura Bell Bundy make up with the producers of
Wicked after she had a fallout with them?
ForGood
Oct 6 2009, 05:56 AM
The point is that LMK coming back has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not LBB will come back. Two different and unrelated situations. Having said that, I'd be very happy if 2004!Laura and 2004!Eden came back to the future together. They had fantastic chemistry. Also, I just miss 2004!Eden.

No one is saying that one situation has influence over the other, only that even after a big falling out such as LBB had with the Wicked producers it's not entirely out of the question that a reparation may be made.
