Hey there everybody... just thought I'd take the opportunity to introduce myself. I'm 22, male, live in Philadelphia but spent a lot of time in New York as well and lived in Los Angeles for a time too. I love film and television and art, and of course theatre of the musical variety. My history with Wicked is a confused and sordid one, though not really. I've seen it 4 times on Broadway, including with the original cast, and I have tickets to see it at the Mat this Wednesday. But, the majority of my Wicked love came from when I lived in Los Angeles and saw it 8 times, 6 of which were with the incomparable (so I thought at the time) Teal Wicks as Elphie, who never ceased to blow me away. When I left LA for back East I became disconnected from the show again until recently when the 2nd national tour made its way through Philly, and I was lucky enough to see it 3 times. Once with the wonderful standby Carrie Manolakas, and twice with the sublime and incredible Ms. Marcie Dodd as Elphaba, who blew me away so fiercely that I can't even being to describe it. So anyways, yeah, I've seen the show 15 times overall and I'm going for my 16th this Wednesday. I love Teal and Marcie, and my Wicked passion is back in a big way. I hope to be around these parts for a while and share my love with all of you guys!
Thanks for having me!
