Ok, if you could see Wicked on Christmas Eve, would you? Even if it meant you had to spend Christmas alone in a strange city?

I found a ticket on ticketmaster. Christmas Eve, row B, front mezzanine, far right of the center section, Gershwin Theatre. I'd never do it but wouldn't that be amazing? There's still a couple of single tickets available, really good ones. But I wouldn't want to be so far from home on Christmas Eve.

If I could go to New York I would go because of that ticket.

I bet you the cast would be very appreciative if real fans are there to support them. It sucks being a performer/techie at Christmas, because generally you only get Christmas Day off! Certainly over here anyway.
I know last year, WWRY was horrible and everyone was moaning, the schedule nearly killed them. They usually only do 7 shows a week, but the week leading up to xmas they had to do 12 shows, got Christmas Day off, were back Boxing Day, then back to normal schedule after that. Then they had to do a 7:30pm show on New's Year Eve and everyone had to be back for a 2:00pm show on New Year's Day! :wowie: So it was quite a hung-over performance :ha:

Not by myself, at least this year. We just got married in July & this is our first Christmas in our new (to us) house. If I could take my husband with me, heck yes!!! I would love to see NYC at Christmas time. Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center & Wicked would be a wonderful way to spend Christmas. My husband doesn't get the whole Wicked thing, but he would love to see NYC at Christmas.

Guys, there are tickets still available. If you all really want to go, why don't you get tickets? I for one can't afford it and you couldn't pay me to spend Christmas away from my family. Not even for Wicked.

I actually know that I'm working Christmas Eve, which is also the night of my family's annual Christmas Eve party. Plus, after 9/11, my mom has vowed to never go to NY.

I saw Wicked 3 days before Chistmas Eve. It was our family vacatione and Wicked was our last event in NyC. We got back to Houston for the day before Christmas Eve, so it was all good.

I'd be there, like whoa. I worked Xmas eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Yrs Eve AND New Yrs Day last time. And I was a dish scrubber in a restaurant, so it was no fun either >.<

I'll be in NYC December 26-29. I'll still be able to be with my family and then be in New York while it's still in the Christmas Spirit! It's a win/win situation!

No, our plane leaves Atlanta at like 7am on 12/26---So that still gives me all day Monday, seeing the Rockettes that night. Tuesday night is Wicked and Wednesday night is Phantom of the Opera with dinner at Sardis before hand. And then we have all day Thursday to just hang out because our plane doesn't leave until late that night. Plus we're also just going to try to find cheap, last minute tickets for a Wednesday matinee once we get up there.
