Recently saw Angel and loved her so I thought I'd update.
I'm finding it harder and harder to rank the Elphaba's I've seen, so for now I'll just place them in 3 groups.
Eden Espinosa
Julie Reiber / Marcie Dodd / Angel Reda
Teal Wicks / Caissie Levy

1. Idina Menzel
First of all, that voice. None of the other Elphabas I've seen can sing like that. Her voice was perfect. Idina embodied Elphaba more than anyone else. It didn't even seem like she was acting. She showed a a full range of emotions in a very natural way. Her line delivery was pefect. I just wish she would have gone even deeper. Last but not least, her charisma was incredible and extremely powerful.
2. Lisa Brescia
Overall, her acting was the best out of every Elphaba I've seen. She brought new layers and dimensions to Elphaba that I'd never seen before. Her stage presence is lovely and her singing is beautiful, although her belt could be stronger. Her double "again" in No Good Deed is to die for. I can't describe how deeply Lisa's Elphaba touched my heart.
3. Eden Espinosa
I was worried about how she'd fit in, taking over in the middle, but the transition was incredibly smooth. Eden's acting was very natural and I was impressed that she made the role her own. Her voice was rich, pure, and extremely powerful. The reason Eden is third is simply because I don't think she added as much to the role as the first two.
4. Carmen Cusack
First of all, Carmen's stage presence is truly captivating. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. Both times I saw her, something was missing. The first time, her acting was very strong, but she seemed to be holding back vocally. The second time, she blew me away vocally, but she overacted. Still, I think she's very good overall and her I'm Not That Girl is gorgeous.
5. Nicole Parker
Acting-wise, Nicole was very strong. She overdid it a tiny bit, but there were a lot of layers and she was incredibly sincere. Vocally, she was pretty weak. Her voice lacked the power that Elphaba needs. There were mo wow moments. She's charismatic, but not as much as some other Elphabas. Despite her flaws, Nicole's Elphaba is loveable, adorable, and endearing.
6. Ana Gasteyer
I think Ana did a very good job. She's very charismatic, has an amazing voice, and made strong acting choices. Her Elphaba was unique. I loved that she was in the moment with her acting. She seemed like she was experiencing everything as it was happening. Her timing was good, but she did overact at some points. Unfortunately, Ana's Elphaba didn't leave a big impression on me.
7. Dee Roscioli
When Dee first ran onstage and said her opening lines, I was disappointed. She's not very charismatic and she didn't own the role. Nothing stood out to me about her interpretation. She didn't seem confident, although her acting did improve as the show went on. What saves Dee from being in last place is her voice. She has the purest voice of any Elphaba. She seems to sing effortlessly and she was a delight to listen to.
8. Maria Eberline
I wasn't expecting much from Maria, but she proved me wrong. She already owned the role. Her acting was very solid. Her acting didn't seem like that of an understudy at all. Unfortunately, she was holding back a lot vocally and I don't remember what she sounded like. She also didn't have much charisma and didn't own the stage. Maria is last because she just wasn't very memorable.

Since I have only seen one:)
Nicole Parker
Acting: IMHO....In the 2 performances I saw, it was as if a real life Elphaba was in the theater those 2 nights going by the name of Nicole Parker.
Singing: Watching her expression as she sang INTG brought the tears. I felt trembly after NGD. And she was breathing so hard I was afraid she was going to collapse....Glad she didn't. DG...OMG!!! I had to sit and collect my thoughts when the lights went out after she sang DG
For me, the word phenomenal doesn't do justice to describe her performance.
And to top it off, she was a very sweet person at the SD....as was Alli.

Doing it differently get again because the more I think about it, the harder it is to individually rank each one. I'm doing it by category.
Practically perfect
Idina Menzel, Lisa Brescia
Not quite practically perfect, but pretty darn close
Eden Espinosa
Really good
Ana Gasteyer, Carmen Cusack, Nicole Parker
Good, but not great
Maria Eberline, Dee Roscioli

I've only ever seen Dee (Not intentionally because I really wanted to see Jenny D) but Dee blew everyone out of the water!!! Dee's second Fiyero riff in No Good Deed sends shivers up my arms!! Although her acting is not as good as others, her voice makes up for it. And her sweet personality at the stage door plays a big factor in my scoring

One of the most caring Elphaba's I have ever met!!

1. Dee Roscioli
2. Jen DiNoia - She is suupppper close behind Dee. She is really truly amazing. She deserves the full time role!
3. Kristy Cates - She definatley holds a special place in my heart.
4. Lisa Brescia - She wasn't my cup of tea. But I did like her double Again at the end of NGD
5. Ana Gasteyer

Eden Espinosa- She nears perfection, in my book, and is one of the two women to play the role that I know I would never tire of. She has an incredible range, and her emotional attachment to the role and many of her cast members easily comes across when she's onstage. Her vocals are bone-chilling, and I'd kill to have been able to see her a couple more times in Los Angeles... especially in 2008, when I think she captured the role the best. Whether she's throwing in constant riffs or mainly sticking to the score, she's not going to be boring as Elphaba. A lot of people complain about her anger in Act I, but she toned it down to the perfect level during her second Los Angeles run.
Vicki Noon- She is the best Elphaba vocally since Willemijn. However, her stage presence in the early Act I Shiz scenes is lacking and very much so. Her transformation is the best I've ever seen during The Wizard's Chamber scene. She steals Act II from all of the other cast members, and is nearly flawless. She's got a very powerful voice, and she hasn't even been doing it for a year. I can't wait to see how much she grows over the next couple of months.
Teal Wicks- I love her to death, but Vicki's vocals have the edge over hers. Teal is a phenomenal actress, but I really dislike the "Yaahhh" at the end of "Defying Gravity" for some reason. I wish she'd drop it, lol. She and Vicki are extremely close.

Okay, so it's about time I did this.

1. Eden Espinosa
2. Stephanie J. Block (often tied with Eden in my mind, depending on my mood. Heh.)
3. Julia Murney
Those are my beloved top 3. Julia is, I think, the best actress of the three, while Eden's vocals are my favorite. Steph is incredibly strong in both categories.
GAP
4. Marcie Dodd
5. Carmen Cusack
6. Lisa Brescia
I never expected that Marcie would surpass Carmen and Lisa, given that my experience seeing her in NY wasn't great, but she's been absolutely stunning on the 2NT, and having seen her 4 times so far, she's grown on me so very much. Carmen's strong both in acting and singing, while Lisa's acting is so incredibly unique and could be up there with Julia's if I had seen her more than just the one time.
GAP
7. Teal Wicks
8. Kerry Ellis
9. Idina Menzel
10. Caissie Levy
I saw both Teal and Caissie as understudies and not as leads. Both showed me huge amounts of potential and left me wanting more. Alas, I've only seen them just the once. I do hope Teal recovers and returns to SF. I'd very much like to somehow make it there to see her. Kerry has a killer voice, but her acting fell a little short of putting her higher on the list. Idina was horribly inconsistent. One night, she'd hit all her notes, and the very next show, she'd crack on every single one. Her acting could have been a lot better, and has been in other roles.
GAP
11. Shoshana Bean
I hope I'm not hated for this. :/ In my opinion, Shoshana didn't fit the role. I love Sho, think she has a brilliant, crazy-talented voice, but her riffs weren't in character, IMO, and she overacted. Just my personal taste, though.
Sometimes these rankings change a little bit with my moods...like, sometimes I'll remember how good Lisa was and she'll be ahead of Carmen; but then I remember how good Carmen was every time I saw her and she'll jump back up. But this is how it is right now.

We'll see how Donna fits in after June. Can't wait!
Edit: I'm not including Carrie Manolakos, since I've only seen her Act 2. Hopefully I'll get to see a full show later on in Nashville!

Anyways, I think I have done pretty well considering I live on the other side of the planet. Haha.

Here's my small list
1. Alexia Khadime
This may be an unpopular opinion, but she blowed me away. She was my first Elphaba, but also the second time I loved her voice and acting.
2. Kerry Ellis
I saw her 2 May - I wrote a review about it - and she was a little dissapointing. I had really high expectations about her, but she couldn't match them. She was a little bit sick so maybe if I saw her another day, my list and comments would be different

Must you repeatedly diss Idina? You don't like her. Fine. You're entitled to your opinion. But it's insulting to her fans to keep talking about her the way you do. How would you like it if I said those things about Nicole? Not that I would because I loved her. Even if I didn't like Nicole's performance, I wouldn't say it's "nice" to see her at the bottom of someone's list or the stuff you said in the awards thread. People have different tastes. That's all.
