I was curious about this guy. Has anyone seen him as Fiyero?

I saw Jared. I saw the 10/27/05 show in NYC and he was understudying for David. His "Dancing Through Life" was alright. My guess was that he was sick, like Sho. So that's possibly why they didn't kiss during ALAYM. They just held hands. I got to meet him backstage after the show and he told me he was really under the weather and that he was not healthy enough to perform. Shoshana whispered to me that he always says that. She doesn't like him and it showed!

Maybe he's uncomfortable with the kissing :?

He's in the Saycon video, I will have to go back and watch it. He was alright.

I saw him in Oct and didn’t like him at all! I first time I saw him sing was in Bryant Park over the summer and it seems like he sings through his nose….which doesn't make him sound too good but his chemistry with Saycon wasn’t bad compared to Sho anyways……

Jerad's voice wasn't the best, but he was SO sexy when he moved, so suave and sure of himself, and that in itself won me over to his Fiyero. But yeah, his voice is quite thin in the top.

Wow, he sounds kinda whiny. Complaining about his health all the time. I hope he doesn't take over for Derrick.

Oh i totally disagree!!! I thought he was fantastic!! He is so talented and did ALOT better than David Ayers. Plus he is total Eye Candy and that never hurts!

I saw him with Saycon once, and he was great. He didn't strain like David Ayers and he had a lot more energy. Clifton Oliver is the better of the two understudies, though, he adds a lot of energy. However, Derrick Williams really brought a dynamic to the show that's been missing since Norbert left (and a range). I think Clifton could sing in the Norbert key, but they probably just didn't want to change keys just for a couple performances. It was nice to see "Dancing Through Life" in the right key again, though.

How many times has Jerad gone on? He might be getting better because he has more time in the role. Every time he gets a little better.

I saw Jerad also. He was pretty bad. I don't know if he was sick or what, but you could definitly tell that he and Sho aren't the best of friends. I have never seen an ALAYM look so dull before. My friend even leaned over and asked me, "They're supposed to be in love right?"

Two of my friends saw Clifton, they loved him!

When i saw him he was really good! and he kissed Sho and it was on 10.23.05 so i don't know what was uo on the 27th but i could see him being Fiyero in the future if he works on it a little!
