No, but I personally think its rude. Those certain actors come out of that door to NOT be greeted by fans. So how would they feel if they come out of that way and there are fans there?

I know this has been mentioned but just for clarification, on Broadway they send smaller signed pics? I have a signed one from steph which is pretty big. Why doesn't Broadway send out that size???

Yeah, Chicago and NY are smaller- 5x7. And they are matte, not glossy, which makes them look really cool

And it's probably because they have to send out a lot more than tour

I sent out letters and SASEs to Robb, David, and Derrick today. I'll post scans when I hear back from them. I sent out 14 Wicked letters today all together.

SOooooo just out of curiosity....does anyone have or know anyone who has a signed picture from every Elphaba and Glinda on Broadway? Or even better, every Elphaba and Glinda there has ever been? If so you are my hero! Sending out mail is really addicting!!!

Sending mail IS addicting! I have sent out 22 letters to Wicked cast members all within this past week!

Also, where would I send mail to Shoshana Bean right now?? Would she still send me a signed Wicked picture even though she isn't Elphaba anymore on Broadway? And also what picture does Sho usually send out? Thanks, sorry there are so many questions, I just started mailing letters to cast members so I'm new to this.

Oh About Sho mail, I sent mine addressed to her to the gershwin and got something back about 3 weeks after I sent it. However, I think you can write to the Broadway Cast and crew and request a picture and ge tit back faster.

I had an Eden letter sitting in my notebook for 2 months, and I sent it out today. I also wrote to the Ensemble. Why Ensemble? Because the Ensemble rocketh.

I don't know when I got this, but I came home today and got something from Sean McCourt!

He sent me a pic of him and Michelle Fed in the jeweled shoes scene, and a card. The card said, "Alyse- Thank you for your kind and heart-felt note. It means so much to me. I had kind of a crummy day today, and your words made me smile.

I'm sending my Original Cast playbill from Chicago to Kate Reinders so she can sign it. I'm sending an SASE with it too, do you think she'll sign and return it? Has anyone gotten a response from her?

I got a very quick response from Sean McCourt. I sent his letter and SASE on June 29th and got a reply today, July 8th. He sent me the picture of him and Michelle and it says For Brandon - Sean McCourt and the note says "Hello Brandon - Thank you for your kind note. I'm thrilled you have enjoyed Wicked. It is a very special show, and I have loved being a small part of it. Best of luck in your future. Love Sean McCourt." I'll post a scan of both later.

I wrote to Patti like two weeks ago, she got back to me in a week. Maybe she didnt get yours or something? It might take some time though, they dont answer letters every day. Sho said somewhere that she did it every two weeks so it might take patience lol. I wrote Eden like 5 months ago and she never wrote back so I wrote her 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.
