Oddly enough, The Lion King is what introduced me to Broadway. I saw something on the news about the show opening, back in what, '97? And I told my dad I wanted to go see it. I've been to New York and still haven't seen it, so I definitely want to when it comes to Florida.

I'm thinking about writing to Ana... I just wish I could see her as Elphaba. She's such a great performer.

AHHHHH !!!!!! MY WICKED MAIL CAME TODAY !!!!!!!!!

so i was basically waiting for half and hour for the mail guy to come . and while i was watching him put them mail in the box . i saw this little package get put in and i like screamed OMG THAT MIGHT BE ITT !!!! so i ran outside . and before i went out my mom was like ' i dont mean to be rude but i dont think mail from the gershwin is going to come this fast . and so i ran outside . to find a package FROM THE GERSHWIN THEATRE !! and then i ran back inside . an i screamed ; IN YOUR FACE !!!!' to my mom =]


AND EDEN SIGNED ITT !!!!!!!!

they sent me a signed playbill . which i love !! and a letter to me . and i can tell that it wasnt like one of those letters they hav saved on they're computer and just change the name because . at the end it says . we look forward to seeing you at wicked day .

how do you guys get stuff like that? do you just send a SASE to the wicked cast and ask for things? thats so cool... i want wicked mail.

Yup! Really for just about any Broadway show if you write a letter to a cast member and include a SASE, you will get an autographed picture back. Obviously some stars are more likely to reply than others, but from my experience 9 times out of 10 the stars of Wicked will reply.

i just sent Ana mail... hopefully i will get something before she leaves NYC, i live right next door so it wouldnt take long to get here!

How long does Kate-mail take? I wanna write to her before she finishes, and I also need to sort out stamps and crap cos of where I live. Will she send something back if I don't put stamps on my SASE (well then it's just a SAE I guess haha) or should I try and get one of my American friends to send me stamps? Ummm same for Jenna come to think of it.

I've heard it takes about a week... Kate's really quick.

Yep, I sent it to the theatre where Hairspray is. It took about two - two and hald weeks.
