No, I'm not the one dissing up Idina. I love Idina, as much as any Rent, Wicked and See What I Wanna See fan combined into one. But I was recently on MySpace (I'm too hooked!) and there was this group called "Idina Haters". So I go into the group and they were saying stuff like:

"Idina has no talent, she thinks she thinks being green will win you a Tony Award. "

So I wrote to the guy who made the group. I told him OFF! I was saying things like:

"Child, not only does Idina have caring, adored fans around the U.S., but she can belt your ass off. If you got something mean to say about Idina, then keep it to your self! The fans don't need your complaining. You only got 4 people in this "group" anyway. So why bother?"

Yea. It pissed me off.

That stinks...Idina has a lot of talent! They are just jelous of her!

All this "Who's Your Favorite Elphaba?" drama really gets me down--can't we like them ALL!? I adore Idina and Steph and appreciate Shoshana, Ana, and all the standbys/understudies. All this nitpicking and squabbling means one thing only: whoever does it is IMMATURE.

its pretty sad that people will go to such extremes to start a club of Idina haters. Idina Menzel is very talented. MY only complaint is that her facial expressions look freaky sometimes. (there again they're kinda supposed to).

I like alll the Elphabas on broadway, tour, and Chicago! They are all wonderful!!!!

I agree that Idina has more talent then all those people combined HAHA. All the cast members do...well maybe not a few Morribles...haha. Idina does breathe in loud, but it is her thing. Cheno does this thing where at the end of a sort of high note, she lets it go with a sort of squeak. Listen to, "To go invite he-errrrrrrr...a" the little "a" at the end is adorable and I love her for it.

I saw her live (Front Row!!! w00tness). She was amazing!

No, Snowie, I think I get what you're saying... there are some actors/singers who just lack "the fire," and while you can't deny that they're good, they're not jaw-droppingly so--and that's what we see live theatre for, anyway! We want to pick our jaws up off the floor after a song or clap until our hands are raw. Some people just can't do that to us!

Yeah, none of them are bad, but some are SO MUCH BETTER than the others. None of them suck because they are good enough to get in the play, you know?
