Safety on the boards and the Internet!

Here at Witches of Oz we want everyone to have fun and ultimately BE SAFE. Here are some guidelines to help you keep your information protected:


-If you are under thirteen years old, YOU MUST get your parents to sign THIS (click to launch) permission form before you sign up for the site. It must be printed and signed with a pen. You can have your parents post or scan and email the form to Adam (the e-mail address is on the form) and we will be happy to have you aboard. We want everyone to be informed. If we find you are underage, we will be forced to ban you until we receive parental permission for you to participate.

If you require a posting address to submit your form, please email vimfuego for information at vim.fuego @ blueyonder .co.uk (remove the spaces! These are included to prevent spam).

-Often times our members meet at the stage door – sometimes it’s planned, sometimes it’s not! Either way, for your safety please always do so in numbers – take your parents or an adult if you’re underage, or a friend even if you’re not.

-Be aware that anyone can read your WitchesOfOz profile, which may include your instant messenger name. If you receive any strange messages in conjunction with the site that you’re just not sure about, feel free to contact an admin or a mod via PM about it immediately. There is a list of administors and moderators in the 'FAQ' sticky.

-The same goes for private messages or emails. If you are concerned about ANYTHING of this nature you can tell any one of us, no matter how small it may be. We want you to be safe and have fun here.
